The pole and the base outlast several flags. That makes buying them as a bundle every time the artwork changes an expensive habit, and it is the default almost everywhere.
So we sell the hardware separately and we will match what you already own. Send us a photo of the pole top and the sleeve, and if it is a standard section we will print a flag to fit it rather than telling you that you need a new kit.
The spares that actually get lost are worth stocking: the base spigot, the top section, the carry bag. All three go missing at events, and all three are cheap next to a new kit.
