Questions buyers ask before ordering

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 flags — enough for a small network or a season of events — with bulk tiers that fall steeply across a multi-site rollout.
How fast will my teardrop flags arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and finished flags ship in about 2 weeks. Where an exhibition date is already fixed we put the ship date in writing and tell you the artwork cut-off.
Why choose a teardrop over another shape?
Because it holds its shape with no wind. The closed curve keeps the fabric under tension, so it shows its full outline in a still hall — where shapes that need moving air just hang down the pole.
Will my logo fit the curve?
It has to be drawn to the arc rather than placed on it. A logo centred in a rectangular artboard loses its top corners, and full-width text vanishes as the shape narrows. We lay artwork out on the actual cut line and move type down rather than shrinking it into the point.
Is the print area smaller than a rectangle?
Yes. The curve takes it. If your brief is the most legible copy per pound, a blade or a rectangle is the better product and we will tell you that rather than sell you the shape you asked for.
What base do we need?
Whatever the surface demands. A cross base indoors, a ground spike on grass, and a weighted or water-filled base on tarmac or paving with the weight stated. Quoting a flag without the right anchor is how they end up on the floor.
What does double-sided actually mean?
Two printed panels with an opaque blockout liner between them, so both faces read correctly and neither ghosts. A single-ply flag prints through the fabric, which makes the back a mirror image — unreadable on any text.
Can we reprint onto poles we already have?
Usually. Send a photo of the pole top and the sleeve and we will identify the section. A rebrand should cost a flag, not a whole kit, and the hardware outlasts several prints.
